I am Kristof Moeller — a marine biochemist and data scientist working at the IAEA Marine Environment Laboratories in Monaco, where I focus on harmful algal blooms, marine biotoxins, and the monitoring systems that underpin food safety and ocean governance. I completed my doctorate at the Alfred-Wegener-Institute in Bremerhaven in 2024, and have been based at IAEA-MEL in Monaco since late 2024 as a Junior Professional Officer.
